For centuries man has used horses for work but until recently most people didn't know to what extent horses could help man. Equine assisted therapy is a valuable tool to improve peoples lives in the areas of physical health, mental health and personal growth. Driven Heroes offers a venue for personal improvement and growth as well as education for the community and horse owners.

Driven Heroes operates out of Tink-N-Bell Farm in Palm Beach Gardens and uses proceeds from the farm to continue to offer our services to the community. We train or retrain unwanted and undervalued horses for use in our own programs as well as for other programs and personal homes. By using these horses we hope to promote the usefulness of the horse and increase the number of them that find forever homes.

Some of what we have done and are doing "free" for the community:

loan horses for a "free to riders" non profit therapeutic riding program
supply horses for use by local school equestrian club for activities such as

parades and equestrian camping trips.

riding and driving clinics to youth clubs
a venue for horse owner clinics
a location for fund raising for other non profit equestrian groups
provide foster homes for rescue horses and assist in getting horses ready for a forever home
therapeutic riding
transport horses for all of the above events as well as for local youth to shows and trail rides.

All of the horses used by Tink -N- Bell Farm for our riding and driving programs were at one time unwanted horses, either because of behavioral or physical problems or surrendered by their owner for financial reasons. With some work and dedication we have shown that these "undervalued" horses have a great value in both the working and showing areas. These horses are used in therapeutic riding and driving, trail riding, lessons, combined driving, jumping, dressage and barrel racing. One of our goals is to help people realize that all horses have a use and that that use can make a difference in someone's life.

One of the things that makes all this possible is the financial support we get from the community, without this we couldn't do any of it. One of our largest financial supports comes from the activities at Tink N Bell Farm, and we would like to thank everyone from the trail riders and riding club members to the boarders and students for supporting us!
